In a different bowl, sift flour and baking powder together, then slowly add on the egg mixture.

Fold it gently until they are well combined.
Combine milk, vegetable oil, and a scoop of the batter, then mix well.
Pour it onto the batter gently, then continue mixing.

Line your round pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Pour the batter onto it and stir lightly with a chopstick to remove large bubbles.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 25 minutes.

For the icing cream, combine the whipping cream and sugar, then whip until soft peak.
Transfer it to a piping bag.
Refrigerate and let it harden for 4 to 5 minutes, then cut it with a star-shaped cookie cutter.
Decorate these stars with numbers using melted white chocolate.

Assemble the cake.
Repeat the process on the next layers, then cover the whole cake completely with icing cream.
