Since peanut brittle is one of my all-time favorite candies, I decided to try and make it.
Place the pot on a stove over medium heat and start slowly stirring the ingredients together.

Use a food/ candy thermometer to determine whether the peanut mixture has already reached 300 degrees.
Let it cool for at least 30 minutes, then break it into pieces.
