Melt all ingredients over low heat while continuously stirring.
Pour the mixture into the pot and mix until well incorporated.

Let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Once done, transfer it to a bowl, and let it cool.
Step 3:
Add 1 piece of egg to the mixture and mix.

Next, add 1.2 cups of flour and whisk until well combined and smooth.
Step 4:
Transfer half of the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread evenly using a silicone spatula.
Place in the oven and bake at 356 degrees F for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Do the same for the other half.
Once done, cut them into a rectangular shape.
Lightly mix with a spatula then beat using a hand mixer until smooth.
Step 6:
Line the two pieces of honey cake, then spread the cream on top.
Once done, roll the cake gently.
Step 7:
Cover the top of the roll with the remaining cream.
Sprinkle on top of the roll.
Place in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours before serving.
