Place the sliced bananas into a mixing bowl, then add 2 eggs, and mash the bananas.
Give them a good mix until well combined, then add the sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.

Mix them all together until incorporated and uniform before adding the flour, baking powder, and milk.
Mix them well until combined and it turns into a batter.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of batter and pour it into the pan making a small round shape.

Top it with your favorite syrup or with butter, then serve, and enjoy!
