Its a light and sweet dessert perfect for any day.
Your house will be filled with the amazing smell of apples once you start baking this cake.

Set aside once done.
In a bowl, put 5 medium eggs, then add a pinch of salt and vanilla.
Whisk and then sparingly sprinkle the sugar.
Continue whisking until you have a thick consistency.
Step 2:
Sift the flour and add sour cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Then using a brush, spread some butter on all sides.
Then sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar.
Next, arrange the slices of apple at the bottom of the dish.
Once done, pour half of the mixture.
Then put the second layer of apple.
Now its ready to go in the oven.
Bake it at 356 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4:
Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
Then sift some powdered sugar on top.
Slice, then serve!
