Mix them using a fork until it becomes crumbly.
Step 2:
Coat the baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the crumbs into the bottom of a baking dish and press to form the crust.

Place in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Once done, place in a wire rack to cool completely.
While continuously mixing, add 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar gradually.
Next, add the egg one at a time and beat until blended.
Lastly, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and beat until it becomes smooth.
Step 4:
Spread half of the cheesecake mixture onto the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Chill in the fridge.
Step 5:
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the remaining cheesecake mixture.
Mix until combined and smooth.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the cheesecake and spread evenly.
Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Cut it into bars.
Add whipped cream and pumpkin spice on top then serve.
