Chopped some green onions and fresh parsley.
Next, in a pan, fry six to seven slices of bacon.

After frying, set it aside.
In a pot, add 3 cups of chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
After it boils, add 1 cup of uncooked quick grits.

Next, add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and mix it well.
Cover the pot and set it aside.
Garnish with some chopped green onion and parsley.
