The instructions are very simple, clear and beginner-friendly.

Press the seams towards the darker color.
Unpick a few stitches from each corner o the fabric to feed the elastic later.
Start a 1/4 down from the very top stitch line.
Unpick the stitches until 1 wide.
Step 3:
Turn the fabric inside out from the opening.
Press the fabric and top stitch along the long sides with a 1/8 seam allowance.
Step 4:
Sew 1 down the top stitch line for the casing of the elastic.
Repeat the process to the opposite side.
Measure 5 1/2 from the edge and draw a vertical line on the space of the elastic casing.
Do the same for the other side.
Fold the elastic in half and cut.
Once its in place, secure it with pins.
Stop being right on the top stitching line, raise your presser, and then pivot your fabric.
Do the same until you make a rectangle.
Thread the fabric until you get to the 5 1/2 mark.
ensure that the end of the elastic is sitting about 1/4 over the 5 1/2 mark line.
Secure with a pin and sew the same way with the other side.
Remove the safety pin from the elastic.
Step 6:
Top stitch the short sides with 1/8 seam allowance.
Flip the fabric with the lining facing up.
Fold the edges towards the lining about two inches wide.
Pin in place then stitch it along the edges.
Repeat the same to the other side.
Step 7:
Fold the fabric for handle in half right sides together.
Cut the end of the handle diagonally.
Repeat the same for the opposite side.
Flip it inside out.
Fold the open side, press, and topstitch all around with 1/8 seam allowance.
DO the same for the other handle.
Step 8:
Insert the handles to the casings.
Push the fabric toward the center while holding the handles.
Secure the handles by making a knots.
