After the ground beef is cooked, take the grease out of the pan by using a paper towel.

After this, get ready to season the ground beef.

Mix it all well, turn off the heat, and let it sit.

After this, slice the tomatoes about three-quarters of the way through, almost to the bottom of it.

Turn it around, and slice it again the same way.

Turn it on its side, then slice it, making dice cuts.

Assembling the cruncwraps ready to be grilled.

Cut a quarter of lettuce, then shred it finely.

Get the olives and chopped them (if you have your olives pre-chopped already, thats fine).

Heat the tortillas in the microwave to make them more pliable.

Top it with some lettuce, tomato, olives, and a sprinkle of Mexican cheese blend.

Fold the tortilla wrap edges very carefully towards the center, then flip it over.

Put the griddle on medium heat, then spray some nonstick cooking spray.

Lay the crunchwraps seam side down first into the griddle.

(you might also use a frying pan for this.)

Grill each side for about 2 3 minutes.
