Did you know that you could make waffles using potatoes?
I think theyre even better than the usual way waffles are made!

I cant get enough of this recipe and I can see myself making this a lot in the future.
Let it boil for about 20 minutes until fork tender, then drain off the excess water.
Transfer the boiled potatoes to a large mixing bowl, then start mashing them well.
Let it fry for about 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
