Next, separate 2 egg whites and yolks into different bowls.
In a saucepan, add 1 tbsp cake flour and a bit of 1/2 cup milk.
Mix well until paste forms, then pour the remaining milk and 5 ml vanilla extract.

Heat over medium heat and continue mixing it until sticky.
After straining, add 1/4 cup of non-sugar yogurt.
Mix well to combine.

Next, beat the 2 egg whites.
Add 3 & 1/4 tbsp sugar at a time and continue beating it until stiff peaks form.
Add the meringue to the yolk mixture in three parts while folding.
After this, pour the batter into the greased molds evenly.
