What is detox water?
Its one great way to be healthier.
I venture to drink the recommended 8-10 glasses of water per day but sometimes it can be hard.

Im not really a big water drinker.
I would normally go for drinks that has flavor in it like sodas and juices.
I know water is so much better for me.
Ive gotten into this healthier habit and its amazing how much better I feel.
Ive actually trimmed down in the process, so that has encouraged me to continue on with this routine!
