Whisk all ingredients well.
Mix until dough forms, then cover the bowl for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
After 20 minutes, mix in 1/4 cup of softened butter.

Sprinkle some flour on your work surface, then transfer the dough.
Slap and fold it until the dough is smooth for around 8 minutes.
Then fold and flatten it out.

Cut them into inch cubes.
Step 6:
In a bowl, beat 1 egg.
Pour 2 tablespoons of milk and whisk.
Mix all ingredients well.
Step 7:
Grease the pan and place some of the bacon mixtures at the bottom.
Then add a few cubed doughs.
Make several layers with the remaining dough and cheese.
Cover for 40 minutes, then brush with melted butter.
Step 8:
Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
Step 9:
Once done, brush with butter, then transfer to a plate.
