Cut the ends and bend them to make curves.
Take a rectangular chicken wire and attach it to the head.
Bend it to create curves for the hair then add the strands.
Step 6:
Spray paint the chicken wire with glow-in-the-dark spray paint in an open area.
Step 7:
Attach the lantern to the hand and hang it using a fishing line.
