One of my favorites probably would be yeast rolls, perfect with any spread and filling.
This tasty and fluffy bread is not only easy to make but also budget-friendly.
It only requires a few ingredients which most you already have on your shelves for sure.

This recipe of yeast rolls I found on YouTube byKen Clickis identical to what my Grandma always makes us.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the all-purpose flour, then fold and mix until incorporated.

Step 2
Flour a clean and flat surface, then transfer the dough onto it.
Fold, knead and roll it into a ball, add flour as needed.
Grease a large mixing bowl with cooking oil, then transfer the rolled dough onto it.

Then, cover it again and leave for its 2nd rise at about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take the dough, punch to release air, then knead and cut into 12 pieces evenly.
Shape and roll each one into a ball, then place them on a greased baking pan.
Cover and let it rise for the 3rd time for about 45 minutes.
Then, bake it in a preheated 370F oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
Brush the top with melted butter, then serve.
