Since they are super easy to make, I make a batch of them almost every week.
When November rolls around, I always get excited upon arrival, waiting for my batch of pies.
They are super easy to make and the taste is just as good as my aunts pies.

Every Sunday, I take a trip to the grocery store to gather my ingredients.
Then, by using your hands, lightly press the balls flat into the shape of a cookie.
Step Three:
Put in the oven set at 350F for 13-15 minutes.

Take out and enjoy.
