Well, you dont have to go far to go out and buy one.
Get your cutter and cut out the rectangle from the cap.
Take out your plastic balloon and cut a quarter from the bottom.
Cut a strip from it.
Place the strip of balloon on top of the rectangle hole in the bottle cap.
Cover the hole with the strip by putting the strip in place with tape.
Cut out the excess tape protruding from the cap.
Grab your plastic water bottle.
Drill a hole on the side.
Put the cap back on the bottle.
Cover the cap with a balloon.
To pump air into the balloon, just press the hole on the bottles body.
Pump continuously and the balloon will be filled with air.
Use this homemade pump an unlimited number of times.
Just see to it you dont accidentally puncture another hole in the water bottle.
Go ahead and fill all your balloons with air using your homemade pump.
Prepare your place for the party.
