This problem doesnt have to require a carpenter or a new door to deal with the issue.
You will begin by measuring the door width, then marking that on the pool noodle.
Then cut the pool noodle in half (lengthwise).

you might then place this wonderful mechanism under the bottom of the door, and no more draft!
