Whatever your reason for worrying about pet urine smell, its always good to find surefire methods.
If you werent able to catch the stain when it was wet, its not too late.
Fill up an empty spray bottle with vinegar.
Then choose the dirty spot on the carpet, and spray the vinegar on that spot.
Get it pretty wet.
check that to thoroughly spray that spot with white vinegar.
It will reactivate the smell of the dog pee, but dont worry.
After spraying, let it sit for about 15 minutes.
After that, you take an old rag.
Push that spot with the old rag and get that excess white vinegar out.
Once the excess white vinegar is out, you sprinkle baking soda on the spot.
verify you sprinkle a lot.
Let it sit until it forms like a crust.
The last step is just to vacuum everything from the carpet, and its done.
