Many of us will benefit from her shared knowledge by keeping fresh greens for our own salads at home.
Ive had my fair share of greens that rot fast in my fridge.
One day, I hoarded some greens and decided to change and find a solution to this everyday problem.

It is a great thing.
Ive learned it from the best.
It has been a very helpful hack that has had me having fresh salads for a week.

Ingredients/materials:
Directions:
Pull apart the leaves from the lettuce and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Throw the cut pieces into a salad spinner.
If you dont have a salad spinner, place them in a bowl with tissue paper.

Once the excess water is off the greens, transfer them to a large bowl.
Wash the spinach thoroughly and separate the mushy leaves from the bunch.Place the good spinach in the large bowl.
Mix the greens with your hands while cutting off the remaining large pieces.
Prepare a bowl with a seal and place paper towels on the bottom.
Add a layer of paper towels on top of the greens.
check that the paper towels cover all the greens.
Add another handful of greens on top of the paper towels and cover with another layer of paper towels.
Place it with a tight lid and keep it fresh in your refrigerator.
This is a good hack to keep in mind.
Your greens will last for more than a week.
