Pour the batter onto the dry ingredients and whisk until it becomes smooth.

Spray 3 round pans with baking spray then pour the batter on each one.
Bake it in a preheated 350F for about half an hour or until the center becomes springy.
Cover the cake completely with white buttercream, smooth the sides and the top.
Place whole smaller cones on top of the cake, then pipe it again with green.
For the finishing touches, dust it with powdered sugar.
