Blend 12 ounces of cranberries in a blender or food processor.
Pour 1 cup of white sugar over the cranberries and blend again until the sugar dissolves.

Stir well until the mixture is evenly combined.
Cover the bowl with a plastic sheet and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
Add 1 cup of whipping cream and continue beating.

Over the cranberry layer, add a layer of the whipped cream mixture and level.
Add another layer of the cranberry mixture and a small layer of the whipped cream mixture to it.
