If yes, this DIY recycling craft will make the best out of those waste.

Remove any of the excesses with the scissors.
Once done, set aside.
Step 2:
Get your old shirt and cut it just below the sleeves.

Now measure a half-inch width from the side, make a small cut vertically and tear the strip.
Do this until you finish the whole shirt.
Now you have plenty of strips.

Once done, light up a candle and heat the tip of the screwdriver or metal.
Then create the holes from the mark on the plastic.
Step 4:
Insert all of the strips one by one and tie them all around.
Make another layer of holes on top and put more strips of fabric.
There you have it, a clever cleaning map made from old materials.
