Then, to create a more spooky effect with the hand cut outs, bend the fingers slightly.
Next, remove the glass from the picture frame, and place the cut outs onto the glass.
Add small rocks onto the cut outs as weights to keep them in place.
Spray the mirror effect paint onto and around the cut outs.
Use a rag to blot around the glass to add texture.
