Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix 5 egg whites and sugar with a hand mixer.

Add in flour by sifting and 1 packet of baking powder.
Mix well and add in the egg white mixture.
Spread greaseproof paper under a 26cm cake pan or a springform pan.

Pour in the cake batter and shake to evenly spread it and avoid air bubbles.
Place the batter in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
To make the caramel, pour 1 cup of sugar into a pan and melt over minimal heat.

Help the sugar dissolve by mixing with a wooden spoon.
Add butter and mix well with the sugar until it melts.
Pour in milk cream and mix.
Add in peanuts and mix.
Let the mixture cook for a while until the ingredients are incorporated.
Remove the cake from the baking pan and divide it into 3 layers.
Place a cake layer in a cake pan and add some of the caramel.
Add the whipped cream mixture over the caramel and repeat with the other cake layers.
Even out the last layer of whipped cream with a spatula.
Melt the milk chocolate.
Carefully remove the cake from the cake pan and cover the sides with some of the whipped cream mixture.
Place the cake on a cake grill.Add peanuts to the melted milk chocolate.
Pour the mixture on top of the cake.

Transfer the cake to a platter and place it in the fridge to cool.
