Step 1
First, draw and prepare your pattern.

Mark 2.8cm from the center and draw a semicircle with a 2.8cm radius.
Mark each points using a compass and draw lines connecting to the center point.
Cut the pattern, leaving only the pointed edges, now you have a star pattern.
Connect the marks with a line and cut the pattern.
Trace the smaller pattern inside the felt star and trace with a white pencil.
Create and stitch snowflakes details on the lines, then sew beads and sequins along the outer edges.
Join the two felt stars and blanket stitch together, then stuff with cotton.
