The total length 19.7.
Step 2:
Put the measuring tape around the foam vertically and add 7.87.
This will be 34.6 plus 7.87, a total of 42.47.
Step 3:
Cut the a 19.7 x 42.47 rectangle and 4 strips measuring 2.8 x 21.6.
Fold in half with the wrong side out.
Sew the ends with a 0.4-inch seam allowance.
Once done, pull the right side out and press the fold.
Sew the sides together with a 0.1-inch allowance.
Step 5:
Sew the edges of the 19.7 x 42.47 fabric with a zigzag stitch.
Once done, make two 0.4-inch folds on both sides of the width.
Secure the ends with pins and remove the foam.
Flip the fabric and sew the top and bottom edges with a 0.4 allowance.
Step 7:
Fold the corner into a triangle and measure 1.6 along the bottom.
Put the end of one strip inside the triangular corner and sew.
Cut the excess tip and sew a zigzag stitch.
Repeat the process for the remaining corners.
Once done, pull the right side out and insert the foam.
