Scoop out the curds and drain them on the cheesecloth.
After this, press the cheesecloth to remove the excess whey.
Let it rest for 1 hour or until the cheese has reached your preferred texture.

After an hour, remove it from the cheesecloth.
you could use it immediately or refrigerate it for up to 1 week.
