This warm pie filled with tasty beef and onion will surely make your stomach satisfied.

Give them a good stir, then bring them to a simmer.

Flour the surface, then transfer the dough and start kneading it gently until smooth.
Once the beef is browned, add the onions, then season them with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry them until the onions become soft.

Transfer this mixture into a large saucepan, then pour in the stock.
Meanwhile, mix together the cornflour and water.
Turn off the heat, then cover the pan, and let it cool completely.

Press down the pastry into the tin and push it right into the corners.
Roll out the pastry for the top of the pie, then set it aside.
Pour the cooled filling into the pie crust, and smoothen it out so its nice and even.
Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool while youre making the gravy.
Serve the pie with some mashed potatoes and peas, then drizzle the gravy mixture over the pie.
