Once done, cut the curves using a pair of scissors.

Mark an opening on top.
Repeat the process 9 times more to make a total of 10 pieces.
Step 3:
Get one of the fabric scraps and sew each on the line.

Flip the right side out, and top stitch the edge of the fabric.
Do the same for the remaining pieces.
Step 4:
Get one of the fabrics and fold it in half.
Place the elastic parallel to the straight edge, mark with a pen, then sew.
Do the same process for the other 9 pieces.
Step 5:
Assemble the petals in a circle, and cut an 8.7 elastic.
Once done, sew the ends together.
