Italian food is one of my favorites because of the carbs and cheese.
Fried lasagna bites sound amazing and wholesome.
I think it would have a nice cheesiness in the middle with a flavorful outer crunch layer.

This is a unique idea, but Ive never heard of it before.
I think this would be fun to make because its so simple and it reminds me of mozzarella sticks.

Then, get your beaten eggs and ground-up panko ready to bread the lasagna bites.
Dip the lasagna bites in the flour, eggs and panko crumbs.
Work quickly so the lasagna bites do not thaw.
