Fold it once more, press with an iron, then sew the hem into place.
Sew all of these with a 5/8 inch seam allowance from the edge of the fabric.
Leave an opening unsewn on the pockets and strap so that you could turn it right side out.

Once done sewing, turn the pockets and straps right side out.
Press them with an iron.
Sew them around as close to the edge of the pocket as you could.

Lay your apron face down with the straps above.
Fold the right side of the apron over, just past the center.
Then, take the left strap and pin it into place inside the corner.

Then, the left side of the apron over to the right strap and into the corner.
Sew them into place.
