Download and print out thepatternthen cut the pieces accordingly.

Pin them together at the center.
Topstitch around the whole piece with a 1/8 inch seam allowance, then give it a good press.
Dab some super glue on both ends of the ribbon to seal and avoid it from fraying.
Fold the book in half and press it nicely.
