I just love canning, and I have canned quite a few items lately, mainly cucumber pickles.
So, I went searching for a recipe that is exclusively red peppers only.
The end goal is to get the shiny outer skin off, so any method will work.

This will make the skin come off very easily.
Then, you will cut the garlic and the peppers, then place them in the olive oil.
Keep adding the layers until your jar is full.
