Once done, place in a large mixing bowl.
Put 3/4 cup of oats, and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
Crack 2 eggs and put them in a small bowl.

Using a fork beat the eggs, then add them to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Step 3:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
This will make 15 pieces in total.
Add the patties and fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
Fry the patties in two batches to not overcrowd the pan.
Once done, transfer to a plate, then serve.
