Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk together.
Then, add shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Add in your seasonings and stir until a crumbly consistency form.
Form the cheese mixture into a ball of dough.
Coat with nonstick baking spray and add the cheese ball.

Flatten and press it out evenly throughout the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
