I started by getting my ingredients together: 1 tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil, 1 large onion (chopped), 1 lb.
ground beef, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp.

taco seasoning, kosher salt, 1 (15-oz.)
can black beans, drained.
I combined my meat mixture ingredients in a skillet, starting with my onions and ground beef.

Then you add the garlic and taco seasoning.
Then You add a can of refried beans.
Then I started layering up these delicious nachos, your first layer should look something like this.
