Make the marinade.

In a mortar, put the 3 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mash them using a pestle.
Crush the ingredients together with the garlic.
Next, pour 1/4 cup of lemon juice and grind with the mixture.
If you dont have a mortar and pestle, you’ve got the option to use a blender.
Set aside until the vegetables are prepped.
Step 5:
In an iron skillet, pour 1/4 cup of cooking oil.
Place them on a plate once they are done.
Step 6:
In the same pan, sautee onion until lightly browned.
Next, add peppers and cook until lightly charred.
Turn off the heat and add the cooked chicken.
Serve on a plate as a burrito, wrap, with rice, or as is.
