Step 2:
In a pot, pour 4 cups of milk.
Next, add 3/4 cups of sugar, and 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour.
Mix well using a whisk until lump free.

Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 3 to 4 hours.
Whip until firm peaks form.
Step 7:
Spread the cream on top of the chilled milk mixture evenly.
Once done, cut it into 12 rectangular pieces.
Chop 1/2 cup of walnuts into small pieces, then sprinkle on top of the cream.
Roll the pieces carefully, then coat them more with the desiccated coconut.

Transfer to your serving plate, then garnish them with more walnuts on top.
