Heat the pot on a stove and whisk the ingredients continuously to avoid clumps.
Turn off the heat once the gelatin simmers.
Using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients then add vanilla or almond extract.

Step 4:
For the praline, put your pot in a high heat setting before adding your butter.
Using a whisk, brown your butter while mixing continuously.
Add sweetener, cinnamon, and 1 cup pecans.

Before serving, transfer the cheesecake onto a plate by flipping it upside down.
