Whip the remaining 7 ounces (200g) of cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Add in the melted chocolate mixture and mix them together until well combined.
Pour the chocolate mousse over the prepared crust and refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes to set.
For the strawberry mousse, whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Then, add in the cooled strawberry mixture and mix them together until well combined.
Then, pour over the set white chocolate mousse.
Refrigerate for about 4 hrs or overnight to set before serving.
