Next, add 2 & 1/4 cups of bread flour and 1/2 tsp salt.

Continue mixing until dough consistency.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for about an hour.
After an hour, the dough has fermented well.

Stir the dough with a spatula first so that the air can be removed from the dough.
Sprinkle a thick layer of dry flour on your working surface, then put the dough on top.
Sprinkle some more flour over the dough to prevent it from sticking.
Fold the dough by hand a few times to round it out, then turn it over.
Divide it into nine even-sized parts.
