Garlic bread has been a family favorite, often paired with pasta or just for snacks.
I love eating it in the morning with freshly brewed coffee.
Recently, I tried to make it at home with this no-knead garlic cheese bubble bread recipe byNinik Becker.

It turned out amazing!
Its buttery, soft, and filled with cheese on the inside.
Stir all ingredients for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap for about 60-90 minutes.
Step 2:
Sprinkle some flour into your work surface and transfer the dough.
Form the dough into a ball and gently press it to flatten.

Then cut the dough into 24 pieces.
Once done, shape each piece into balls.
Step 3:
Flatten one ball and fill with grated cheese.
terminate the dough tightly and shape it again into a ball.
Do the same for the remaining pieces.
Step 4:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange the dough balls on the baking tray and give space to each one as they will expand.
Cover them again for 30 minutes.
