Freshly baked homemade bread is a staple in any household.
But sometimes it can be a workout kneading the dough if you dont have a stand mixer.

It will form into a sticky and thick dough.

Leave the dough for 40 minutes in a bowl covered with cloth.
Step 3:
Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
Sprinkle some more flour on top, then form the dough into a ball.

Divide it into 2 parts.
Form them into a long oval-shaped dough then flatten each one using your hands.
Step 4:
Place the dough into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Flatten it more to spread it on the baking tray.
Do the same for the other part.
Leave them for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Whisk the mixture lightly, then add 3 and 1/3 tablespoons of hot water.
Mix again until smooth.
Next, combine 1 piece of egg yolk.
Step 6:
Brush the top of the dough with the mixture.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Step 8:
Once done baking, brush with butter on top.
