In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

Cover it with a towel or a plastic and let the dough rise.
Spray the sheet pan with some cooking spray and set it aside.
Roll it out before cutting it into 1.5 to 2 ounces balls using a dough cutter.

Roll each dough ball between your palms then place them in the sheet pan.
Cover it again and let it rise before baking it in a preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes.
Brush it with warm melted butter or a butter and honey mixture, then serve.
