Turn them over and cook for another couple of minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir all together, then add one cup of basmati rice.

Mix well to coat the rice in the oil.
Pour in 4 tbsp of white wine and 3 & 3/4 cups of hot chicken stock.
Mix everything, then place the chicken skin side up in the rice.

Place a lid on the pan and put it in the oven.
Cook it for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Garnish it with some chopped parsley before serving.
