Use an immersion to blend throughout half of the soup.
If you dont have one, you’ve got the option to use a blender.
Transfer half of the soup to a stand blender and blend until it becomes thick and smooth.

Once done, put the pureed soup back into the pot and stir.
Taste the soup and adjust the seasonings if needed.
