I couldnt believe this cool tiered tray she makes with a picture frame and pallet wood…absolutely brilliant! All you have to buy is paint and the wooden candle stick from the craft store! Many of us gals are wearing sports bras to work out in and under tank tops. Some of them can be very pricey…Lululemon, for example. I spent over $70 on two of them for my 8 yr old daughter! She wouldnt take it off to be washed and would immediately put it back on after her shower. She loves it because her older sister wears them…go figure! Im definitely going to make me a few of them to go under my tank tops for the summer....

What is detox water? Its one great way to be healthier. I venture to drink the recommended 8-10 glasses of water per day but sometimes it can be hard. Im not really a big water drinker.
