Put them in a bowl.
Boil some hot water, then pour on the potatoes.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and mix.
Let it soak for about 20 minutes.
Get another paper towel and dry them.

Step 3:
Get a clean plastic bag or resealable plastic bag.
Place the potatoes inside the bag and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Shake to coat the potatoes well.
Mix all ingredients well, then add them to the potatoes inside the plastic.
Shake well until the potatoes are fully coated.
Next, add the breadcrumbs.
Shake gently so that the seasoning wont fall off.
Step 5:
Place the wedges on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake them in a 365 degrees F preheated oven for about 40 to 50 minutes.
Once melted, mix well.
