When Im not including them in a casserole, Im usually using them for snacks or appetizers.
I did not regret making and serving them, because my family loved it!
It looks like we now have a new family favorite and I might make them more often.

Fry it in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns golden brown.
Add a pinch of salt, stir well and serve.
